Caramel For Apples

One pound of caramel will make 4-7 apples depending on the exact size of the apples and how much of the apple you cover, as well as how thick you coat the caramel.

Chocolate For Apples

One pound of chocolate will make 6-8 apples depending on the exact size of the apples and how much of the apple you cover, as well as how thick you coat the caramel.

Using the right chocolate formula is a very important part of creating the perfect apple. There are two things to consider when choosing which chocolate to use:

Will you be tempering the chocolate?
Will there also be caramel on the apple?
